I’m thrilled to share my Tansy and Glycolic Acid Renewal Face Wash — a gentle yet effective cleanser I personally formulated to nourish and refresh your skin. My facial wash combines the power of natural ingredients with thoughtful skin benefits, ensuring a luxurious and beneficial cleansing experience.
This face wash features glycolic acid, a gentle exfoliant derived from sugar, that helps remove dead skin cells, revealing a brighter, smoother complexion without stripping away moisture. Despite its exfoliating properties, it’s incredibly gentle, making it suitable for regular use even on sensitive skin.
I’ve enriched this cleanser with Organic  Pure Blue Tansy (Tanacetum annuum), a botanical powerhouse known for its calming and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps soothe redness,  calms irritated skin, fights acne causing bacteria, and balances skintone and excess oil. The invigorating scent of Blue Tansy adds to the overall calming experience.
Lavender oil, lemon peel, and burdock root are also key ingredients. Lavender is renowned for its anti-inflammatory and calming qualities, helping to reduce redness and promote relaxation. Lemon peel provides a natural source of vitamin C, brightening dull skin and offering antioxidant protection. Burdock root is known for its detoxifying properties and ability to promote healthy, clear skin.
Rose hip oil is included for its high concentration of essential fatty acids and antioxidants, promoting skin elasticity and fighting signs of aging. Allantoin works to soothe and protect the skin, helping to heal and reduce irritation, leaving your face feeling calm and balanced.
The cleanser also contains caprylic/capric triglycerides, derived from fractionated coconut oil. This ingredient helps to deeply moisturize and nourish the skin, leaving it feeling soft and hydrated without feeling greasy or heavy.
To ensure the best quality and purity, I use only organic and pure ingredients like German chamomile (Matricaria chamomile), known for its calming, anti-inflammatory properties, and botanical blue tansy oil, which both are  rich in azulene — a compound renowned for its soothing and anti-inflammatory benefits. Both of these ingredients help reduce redness and promote a sense of calm for irritated or sensitive skin.
